Ben Tams is a highly accomplished close protection specialist trusted by prominent UHNW families, international clients, and members of foreign royal households. Ben served in His Majesty’s Grenadier Guards, later advancing to the elite Pathfinder Platoon, followed by service in a major metropolitan UK police force. Ben brings professionalism, operational depth and absolute discretion to his clients. Ben has developed exceptional skills in planning, operational execution, and threat management at the highest level.
Ben’s close protection career includes senior roles, safeguarding globally recognised UHNW families and leading EOS Risk Protective Services Division, where he has built one of the most respected UHNW & Executive protection security service offerings globally. A fully licensed Close Protection Officer, Security & Threat risk manager, Member of the Security Institute and the British Bodyguard Association, Ben is known for his calm professionalism, strategic insight, and unwavering commitment to protecting his clients and their assets.
Yolande
Yolande brings a refined blend of international experience, executive support, and discreet lifestyle management to our clients. With a background supporting diplomats, CEOs and family offices, she specialises in discreet itinerary management, complex travel coordination, and seamless day-to-day lifestyle support. Having lived and worked across London and Italy, and travelled extensively, Yolande offers exceptional cultural intelligence and an intuitive understanding of the expectations of global UHNW households.
Her professional experience abroad-including time spent working in Italy-has shaped her adaptable, calm communication style and her ability to operate seamlessly across diverse environments. Dedicated to providing unobtrusive yet highly effective personal and residential support, Yolande ensures clients feel secure, supported, and effortlessly looked after. She excels in anticipatory service, meticulous organisation, and maintaining the smooth, uninterrupted flow that defines elevated UHNW lifestyles.
